Your HairMax should provide you with 10 to 15 years of service life. However, if your HairMax should malfunction you can always return it to us for prompt service. If you are still covered under our 2 Year Warranty, all service performed by Lexington is free!

If you are past your 2 year warranty, you can send your HairMax back to us for a repair estimate. We will evaluate your unit and quote you the price for repair.
To return a product for repair, please use the following instructions:
1. Pack your HairMax securely in a container approved by your choice of courier. Be sure to include a typed or written description of problem including your contact details and the best method and time of contact. Failure to include description of problem or multiple contact methods will delay the warranty repair process significantly.
2. Be sure to insure your HairMax package as Lexington International is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
3. Address your package exactly as follows:
